Adam has been with Plumbcare.com as a plumber since 2015. He soon proved himself and his plumbing skills and was identified by the MD himself, Kristian Pashley, as a suitable candidate to take his gas qualifications.
Having completed those exams, which the company has funded, he has now been promoted to Plumbing Supervisor, looking after a team of plumbers. Part of his role is to support his engineers as well as manage and audit them to ensure the company’s high standards are being met.
Adam describes his experience of working for Plumbcare.com:
“I really like working at Plumbcare.com and it’s really nice to feel appreciated and recognised. I’ve had plenty of support and training to help me adjust to the new role and I can see more opportunities to grow my career here at the company. I’m looking forward to developing more into the gas side of the business and in turn, hope to be able to offer my support to the lads in my own team.”
