As most people get back into their usual routines after the Christmas break, please spare a thought for those who have been working hard throughout the holiday period. Heating breakdowns and plumbing emergencies couldn’t come at a worst time than over the festive period but unfortunately boilers don’t know that it’s Christmas and are just a liable to break down at this time as at any other (perhaps more when you consider the cold weather and the heating being on for longer periods)!
We are a 24/7 company and that includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day so we have been here throughout the holidays, helping people deal with breakdowns and emergencies (and we’ve even squeezed a few routine services in as well). Between 22nd and 29th December we attended over 600 plumbing and heating jobs. We even repaired a boiler for Danny Kirmond who rugby fans will recognise as the captain of Wakefield Trinity rugby league team!
We would not be able to offer this service without the hard work and dedication of our team. So, to our engineers out on the road and our office team coordinating them, ordering parts and supporting customers we extend a huge THANK YOU!
We hope that you didn’t experience a boiler or plumbing problem over Christmas and that you don’t over the rest of the winter but if you do, you can rest assured that we will be here to deal with it whether that’s at a ‘civilised’ office hour, in the middle of the night or on a Sunday morning. Simply call us on the usual number - 0333 577 0151.
